Real Estate Gladiators has been first rate to work with overall. They have been very responsive to every issue that we have had but my biggest complaint is that it is almost impossible to actually speak with someone. In our earlier interactions with the company, someone would actually call us back when we left a message or occasionally even answer the phone. That rarely happens now. The portal works well but sometimes it is really helpful to actually go over a situation with someone in person. It is very difficult to get a call back when you leave a message. We have been working with them since about 2014 and with the exception of this issue, have been very satisfied. .

I was a bit anxious looking for a property management group to represent my rental home. Lots of mixed reviews out there. My realtor recommended Real Estate Gladiators. Home run! I've found them to be the most professional and responsive which has set me at ease so I don't worry about the house. I think you'll find the same.

I have shared this before but I love sharing it again. Tracy Minich, owner of Real Estate Gladiators in Monroe, and her staff once again have come through for me. After four years and multiple real estate transactions with Tracy I will be the owner of a condo in downtown Kirkland and moving in at the end of this month. Good property management, have had an all around good experience

We contracted with Real Estate Gladiators (REG) to manage our condo after a not-so-stellar experience with a national brand. We are impressed with how responsive REG is in keeping us informed and managing our tenant. They were also very accommodating as we moved our condo to a LLC and redid the contract etc., Highly recommend REG. Update: After almost 15 months with them now, we are still happy with their service.

Tracy, Katherine and the team at Real Estate Gladiators are extremely professional at managing my rental property. Having self-managed for years, its nice to have a team of experts taking care of it for me moving forward. They're incredibly responsive and their reports and communications are very helpful! They took excellent care of me in anything that I needed in my new house. The lease was fast, they took the time to go through it with me, they responded the day before Thanksgiving when my oven started acting up and even called me when the 5th rolled around and I had forgotten to pay my rent.
