Do not plan on getting back much of your deposit. Don’t bother cleaning when you leave, you will be charged $500 if you deep cleaned anyway. I suggest fixing walls and doing any touch ups yourself and cross your fingers. I was charged $600 for removing adhesive hooks and touch up paint. The paint in this older condo was 5 lays thick and the adhesive I used so not to put holes in the walls peeled the bubbles up paint off so I let them take care of it so they could see the problem. $600 for touch up paint later I regret my choice. I was charged $336 for a two bedroom and living room carpet clean. They don’t care how much the companies charge that they hire because it comes out of your deposit. I was a really great tenant and upgraded both places I rented through Real Estate Gladiators. I was taken advantage of both times. I did bring to their attention that the clean fee and paint repair was outrageous and they just said that is what they were charged. I’ve never in my life left a bad review. I’m just not that way, however, I’ve never felt more compelled to warn tenants who use this company. It’s really a sad thing to work with people who just don’t care about having great tenants. I’d be curious to see the companies history of what they deduct from everyone’s deposit. They know and I know I was treated unfairly and over charged. Good luck.

Got locked out of my apartment and they didnt bother to pick up the phone at all. It's been over an hour at this point and they still haven't gotten back to me. Update: its been 2 days now and NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME! If I didn't have a spare on my friends Keychain I literally would have had no way to get back in to my apartment. I've never had such an unresponsive property manager in my life.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 months into our lease we are being told the property is being sold, fine of we go searching again. Moved out, BTW WHEN YOU RENT OUT TO PEOPLE MAYBE SHOW UP AT THE PROPERTY TO MEET THEM, EXPLAIN THE HOUSE, I HAVE YET TO MEET ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY. Getting a hold of anyone is joke, can`t even call and talk to someone. But when you first start up with this company they can call you to get your money but after that it is ABSOLUTE silence. Now, to the DEPOSIT return. We are getting charged almost $1000 for yard clean up, what is wrong with you? We have had landscapers coming out in those 8 months that did the yard 3 times with the trees and the bushes AND AT MOVE OUT. House clean up of $600, for what? A professional cleaning service for move out was not good enough? $252 for furnace cleaning?! Why are the renters charged for a responsibility of the owners or the rental company. This company kept over $2200 from us for things that where their responsibility. No damage was done to the house or the yard, NO TRASH WAS LEFT BEHIND... pictures where taken. The KICKER.... NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO PICK UP THE KEY, WE HAD TO HIDE THAT UNDER A ROCK!!! THIS RENTAL COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES AND WILL TELL YOU F...OFF . AND PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO ME THAT THESE ARE THE COST OF MOVE OUT. DON`T EVEN BOTHER HIRING PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AND LANDSCAPE COMPANIES TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR MOVE OUT, THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU REGARDLESS OWNERS OF HOUSES BEWARE... THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO MEET THE RENTERS . OR COME OUT ON MOVE OUT TO PERSONALLY PICK UP THE KEY AND DO A WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE.

Personally, I give them an excellent rating because they are very professional, and take their work very seriously. They make sure their tenants feel comfortable, because they care about everything; that's called respect. I rented a beautiful and cozy apartment for a year and only decided to leave because it was too far from my new job. They are people you can trust. My deposit was returned as stipulated in the contract, they sent it to my new address without delay, with a very kind letter. I am truly grateful.
