They always put your mind at ease, I had some problems with another Property Management Company I had been dealing with, I never could get any answers, I didn’t know where to turn, my grandsons dad told me about Tracy at Real Estate Gladiators, I talked to Tracy and explained everything to her, she made me feel so relieved, I could feel the stress leaving me, she said we will take care of everything, don’t worry and they did. Tracy and Katherine have been a blessing to me, they keep me up to date with my financial transactions, each month. When your tenants lease is up, they will ask you how you want to go as far as renewing the lease, etc., they will take care of it for you. I’m really pleased with Real Estate Gladiators. Good morning today is January 3rd 2021 unfortunately last year was really difficult but nevertheless I would say I was able to meet lady through real estate gladiators and she was quite Pleasant I was very confused on how everything was turned over and I was speaking through text majority of the time no live communication but I will say that they're very helpful and thoughtful I have not met Katharine are Tracy in-person hopefully I will one day I am a little confused on some of the repairs due to the house I have not received the text back nor call regarding the garage but I'm hoping that's only because of the Coronavirus. I would like to say even though real estate Gladiators I send messages to text they do seem very concerned about your tenants but I would like to speak to someone more often than just through text message overall I'm very pleased with the communication besides do texts messages
