Leasing Guarantee

If a tenant we place into your rental property leaves before the end of the initial lease term, we will not charge you a Tenant Fulfillment Fee to find a replacement tenant. (excluding moves for military orders)

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.

Honestly, using a rental service is a new thing for me, but being a landlord can be tricky and finding the right tenant is everything. Being one step away from the tenant has advantages, I believe the tenants are more responsible as someone else is watching, there is no negotiating. And I have the freedom to do as much or as little as I chose in the maintenance of the rental.
