I have shared this before but I love sharing it again. Tracy Minich, owner of Real Estate Gladiators in Monroe, and her staff once again have come through for me. After four years and multiple real estate transactions with Tracy I will be the owner of a condo in downtown Kirkland and moving in at the end of this month. It is wonderful to have people working for you that you can trust completely and know they are looking out for your best interests. Therese Johns P.S. .......and that is not all. Tracy has been my property manager long before I moved to Kirkland. She and her staff are Top-notch in all respects. As one of her staff once said, "We don't own your homes, we just act as if we do." I like that attitude.

Tracy and her time keep the transition very smooth, nothing for me to worry about and need to get involved which is exactly we need since we are not in local. They're very efficient but it can be hard to get hold of them, and I'm not wild about their customer service. They're a little intimidating and I don't feel a connection with them. They just seem very business-focused and not very personal. I love the house and the owners are really nice, though, and I'm so grateful for them allowing me to rent here.

I imagine if they’re managing your property it’s a 5 star business. As a renter, it’s hit and miss. Communication is the biggest issue. It’s quite difficult to get them on the phone. You typically have to communicate via text for the simplest of questions. I’ve requested 2 maintenance issues: 1 took about 6-7 months to be remedied (smelly carpet), the other has had 3 people sent out over the course of a year and it has yet to be fixed (torn window screen). They also charge $25 a month for a service that doesn’t really have any benefits. I’d rather just be charged an extra $25 for something tangible (it was partly supposed to be for someone to change the HVAC filter but they’ve only been here once in a years time). I haven’t had any issues with the people, no rudeness or anything. But, it definitely feels like the renters are secondary at best. The actual properties are nice.

Real Estate Gladiators has been first rate to work with overall. They have been very responsive to every issue that we have had but my biggest complaint is that it is almost impossible to actually speak with someone. In our earlier interactions with the company, someone would actually call us back when we left a message or occasionally even answer the phone. That rarely happens now. The portal works well but sometimes it is really helpful to actually go over a situation with someone in person. It is very difficult to get a call back when you leave a message. We have been working with them since about 2014 and with the exception of this issue, have been very satisfied. .

I was a bit anxious looking for a property management group to represent my rental home. Lots of mixed reviews out there. My realtor recommended Real Estate Gladiators. Home run! We contracted with Real Estate Gladiators (REG) to manage our condo after a not-so-stellar experience with a national brand. We are impressed with how responsive REG is in keeping us informed and managing our tenant. They were also very accommodating as we moved our condo to a LLC and redid the contract etc., Highly recommend REG. Update: After almost 15 months with them now, we are still happy with their service.
