Leasing Guarantee

If a tenant we place into your rental property leaves before the end of the initial lease term, we will not charge you a Tenant Fulfillment Fee to find a replacement tenant. (excluding moves for military orders)

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.

If you have ever tried to rent in King County then you know what a frustrating process it can be to even find a place let alone get to the point of moving in. Working with Real Estate Gladiators has been a breath of fresh air. From applying, to paying rent, to communicating back and forth, everything has been upfront and easy.
