If you would like to apply to rent any of our fabulous properties, please click on “Apply Now.” Every person over 18 who will be occupying the property must apply separately. The cost for applying is $40.00 per person over 18 who will be occupying the home.

Here are some general guidelines we follow to pick the best tenants for our properties. We know everyone has unique circumstances so contact us if you’d like to discuss qualifying before you apply.
TENANT CRITERIA
1. Sufficient Income. Monthly income is 3 times the rental amount.
2. Verifiable source of income or employment.
3. Able to pay full deposit and rent requested.
4. Able to provide 2 credit references.
5. On time for showing appointment.
6. Fills out application completely and truthfully.
7. Resides at current address for minimum of 6 months.
8. Gave proper notice to previous and the most recent landlord.
9. Has renter’s insurance.
10. Able to verify all above criteria.
OPTIONAL CRITERIA
Because we know that everyone has unique circumstances, and may not be able to qualify using the criteria above, we do offer alternative ways to help you.
1. Able to provide a co-signer who has acceptable credit.
2. Able to have rent payments paid directly from employer or income provider.
3. Able to pay additional deposit (not above maximum permitted by law).
4. Able to set up an automatic transfer from tenant’s account to management/landlord’s with overdraft protection equal to at least one month’s rent.
